I have placed an on 06-Sep-08 01:14 PM for a new set of 22" wheels and tires. About a week later, because I did not get any information about the status of my ordered, I called the business and was told that only person by name Edgar can help me as he is my "sales rep", I left a voicemail for him. In another 3 days due to the fact that I got no call back, I called business again asking for Edgar, we finally spoke. Edgar, have sold me an additional items which I wanted such as new wheel logs and red bezel that goes around the rims. Approximately 3 weeks later I received my order. I went to a wheel shop brought my order in boxes and installed it. When I picked my truck up, the red bezel was not on the rims and my truck was shaking. I took my truck to an alignment shop to balance my tires and align my ride. I was told that balance on my tires was never done. At this point I am $120.00 out of pocket on extra expense. I was trying to reach Edgar approximately dozen times on the phone and dozen time via e-mail, NO RESPONCE AT ALL... I spoke to another gentleman who assured me my red bezel will arrive and it's easy to install, well I got my order last night with only 3 bezels and it does not look that it's easy to install. So here I am with unbalanced wheels, no bezel, than only 3 bezel, no calls returned no e-mails answered.
