In november of 2005 my wife and i purchased a 1999 chev venture van from vanboxtelac. the not for sale ultil inspected still on dash but they sold it to us on the spot, even knowing we were having a final bankruptcy jan 8th 2006.

shortly we were having transmission problems took it in and they put in a used one, at this same time was losing antifreeze they put a new intake gasket in, also a part on the front end, my charge was 377.00 they paid the 77 i had to pay the 300 for 100 for each different thing that was fixed, plus pay to rent a car.

wife says transmission still not right, the gas gauge now not working properly, ask them iof i could trade for vehicle of equal value they said no we are in negative equity after paying almost 5000 on this loan.

we are honest and fair people and would like the same treatment, we have 2 jobs each just went through a bad crisis. would sure like some honest help vanboxtel was good to me for years but not this time. i felt very highly of them until this deal. hope things can be worked out.
