I leased my BMW at Vista BMW at coconut creek and have had the car for about a year. Each time I bring my car in for any service or maintenance I leave with a peice of my car missing. We live 25 miles away from the dealership and it is not exactly convenient to travel back and forth to fix the problem that should not exist in the first place, let alone the hours back and forth on the phone with incompetent staff trying to get approval from their " managers" to fix the problem that their careless staff created in the first place. First off? I thought I got into a BMW for not only an elevated driving experience, but an elevated customer service experience as well...unfortunately I feel like I might as well have gone to a used lot to purchase a lemon and perhaps even that would be better. I will never purchase or lease from Vista BMW coconut creek ever again and I am going to do my best do inform buyers/leasers to proceed with caution when considering a dealership to spend their hard earned money at. When you arrive at service, they do a full body check of your car to make sure they note whatever scratches or missing parts you have and they inform you on the spot that they are not responsible, OK, fair enough. But when I brought my car in, I was not informed of any piece missing which tells me that while they serviced my car they forgot to replace the cap....but they made a point to inform me that their policy is that once the vehicle leaves the lot after service, they are not responsible for anything...is this to say, I should do their job for them and do a full inspection of parts before I leave? Wow...Now I have to pay for the missing cap and lose a day of work to drive there to pick it up....My belief is that their " Policy" should be to make their well paying clients happy.
