Wells Fargo Auto Finance IM SUING, WE need to stop them, the harrassment, and wrong information Los Angeles, California

I actually did my first car loan with the company and didnt have any clue it would be such a joke. The first 6 months was okay and then they started with the 25 calls a day,both on my cell phone, home phone and work phone. Then after I explained I did my payment online, they said it wasnt updated. After two years of this happening every MONTH, I finally had enough and went to the local office with my payments and book. They promised to contact the headquarters and get it cleared up.

Okay calls stopped for one month and it again has started. They are now sending me monthly reminders with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT AMOUNT then what my payment book and contract say is due each month. NO one has been able to tell me why.

I finally found out that WELLS FARGO has over 100 offices and they DO NOT HAVE THE SAME COMPUTER SET UP TO NETWORK TO OTHER OFFICES. SO WHATEVER OFFICE GETS YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE MONTH, IS WHO CALLS YOU, PRETTY FREAKIN BAD BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR HISTORY IS..

I THINK IT IS TIME THAT WE CALL AN ATTORNEY AND WE START TAKING BACK WHAT IS OURS, WHY SHOULD THEY BE ALLOWED TO CALL YOU SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT BEING CHARGED THE FEE FOR HARASSMENT CALLS WHICH I BELEIVE IS $500.00... NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK IT.
