I saw there advertisement on TV and I thought well I will try it.  As soon as I walked in I felt like a total loser.   These sales reps are the most unprofessional, the most uneducated sales people I have ever met.  A bunch of kids that work there. The sales rep Amy Fehr was good to your face, but when reality all she wants is a paycheck.  Once you drive off that lot they don't want to have anything to do with you.

Watch out for Victor the General manager he won't even talk to you or look at you if you don't have money.  When they told me the price of the car it was already $3000 over its book value which I accepted, however when it comes time for the contract they shove it up your ass with a 21% interest rate which they are making another $5000 on top of it.  I was asking for another key to my car which is a chip key that cost at the most $60-$70.

I fought so hard to get a simple key and they still turned me down.  I called Amy my sales rep let her two messages and she stated that she did not get my messages (bullshit I wasn't born yesterday) and the owner and manager will not pay for another key.  People today may have bad  credit, but don't shove it in our a** and take advantage of it just because people are in dying need of a car.  Beware this dealer is a total total ripoff, unprofessional and the most stupid people I know.  I may even file a complaint with the BBB.

Why places like this exist.

AUTHOR: Flynrider - Phoenix (USA)

"   As soon as I walked in I felt like a total loser. "

That would have been a good time to walk out.  The fact that you stayed made you look like a loser.

"  The sales rep Amy Fehr was good to your face, but when reality all she wants is a paycheck.  "

A paycheck is the reason why most people work where they work.

"   When they told me the price of the car it was already $3000 over its book value which I accepted "

Why?  That's ridiculous.  You do realize that the only reason for these ridiculous prices is because people like you accept it.

however when it comes time for the contract they shove it up your ass with a 21% interest rate which they are making another $5000 on top of it.  "

So, in a nutshell, you were willing to agree to an absurd price and an equally absurd interest rate.   You rewarded this dealership with a sale.    What part of that makes you look like a winner?

"   People today may have bad  credit, but don't shove it in our a** and take advantage of it just because people are in dying need of a car.  "

If you saved up just a few of the crazy payments you'll be making on this car, you could have bought a decent car for cash.    I suspect that you'll pay more for an old used relic than most people pay for a brand new car.   These types of purchases only serve to dig your financial hole deeper.

" Beware this dealer is a total total ripoff, unprofessional and the most stupid people I know. "

I don't know about "stupid".    Apparently, they were able to treat you badly, offer you a horrible deal, provide ridiculous financing, and they still made the sale.

They need to be exposed

So everybody knows
It's time to go make dinner
I hope you're doing fine
Bunch of thieves and scumbags
Drink Bourbon Beer and Wine.

End.

You agreed to purchase a vehicle (with one key) at $3000 over book value at 21% interest from sales reps that were unprofessional and uneducated. You are now dissatisfied with the transaction so you consider it to be a rip off. That's not a rip off; it's called buyer's remorse. The BBB will also inform you that this is a case of buyer's remorse.

A merchant has the right to charge whatever they want for goods and services. It's up to the customer to determine if they want to pay the merchant's price for those goods and services.
