When I had first leased my truck I got a late start with my sign on company and fell behind in payments and they told me it was going into reposession I had contacted Blake and spoke to him that I would be catching up te payments asap and he said thats fine but it was still going to be inreposession,I got caught up and no problem well the front end nearly wobbled off the trucck as the tires wore completly out as the king pins were wore out but the front end was tight with good tires on it,when I picked it up, as the tires wore the wobble grew worse,my point is if the truck had properly been inspected as it was supposedly by the dot sticker on it why did they not notice the worn out king pins? Rite! they were not checked King pins do not wear out in 5 months thats all I had the truck!I had the truck and the fifth wheel pins and bushings were out of compliance also making it not safe to haul a load! I gotten behin d again because all theses things needed to be fixed When I contacted american equipment why I was behind that I had to repair the truck They waisted no time running me down on the highwayLiterally! reposessing the truck! And did not give me time to let them know if I wanted it back or not they emptied it out and sveral air tools a new inverter was taken and they refused to let me take anything off the truck that was mine!The whole thing is if a shotty or paid off dot inspection outfit properly inspected the truck in the first place I would not have needed to have it repaired and would not have fallen behind as that was very expensive to fix and as soon as american equipment found out I had made these repairs they picked it up! I thought the law was 90 days late for reposession? My real question is who has my tools that was taken and who is the inspection company slapping dot stickers on ael,s trucks.The company that taken the truck was all pro recovery the man that had pulled me over was very polite but he had another man drive it to a holding lot that did not show I.D. or a CDL license I was told he posessed one there was the man that pulled me over the man he called to drive the truck and the man in the car that had brought the man to drive the truck so it was me against three and  I needed a ride the man that pulled me over gave me a ride home but my truck and belongings went to somewhere beyond,I was told it was going to Whitehorse road in Greenville s.c. but found out later that did not happen either, the next time I seen my belongings was on a pile on AEL,S lot outside,covered but still outside, but my tools were missing the re-po guy said he was with the truck until AEL came for it AEL said ALL PRO brought it to them my point is they lie or people they associate with lie including the inspection people that really need to have their license revoked leaving me and who knows how many other drivers put their lives and profession in Jeopardy so they can lease a truck it is a regulation fifth wheel king pins are inspected as front end parts suspension steering, King pins etc.It is my opinion AEL knows the inspection individuals will put stickers on with out proper inspection,If you had leased a truck from them have a QUALIFIED inspection station go over it,Because AEL does not care if you are safe or not that was very apparent in my case!
