I contacted Appraisel Group of America for what I thought was legitimate help with a Diminished value claim against an insurance company.  I was told that diminished value was something that was a legitimate loss in the State of Florida.  I was told that they had Attorneys that they had some type of relationship that would pursue a Dimished Value claim here in Florida.  I paid $500.00 for a useless report from a source that is not recognized as a ligitimate source to value cars in the State of Florida.  The so called "relationships" that were established with certain legal counsel was false and no contact was ever made with the attoneys suggested by Appraisel Group of America.  They Attorneys never answered only voice mail.  When I would contact Monica Fisher she would take my calls immediatley until I paid the service.  I then always dealt with officce staff that would say Monica is busy.  She NEVER returned any calls.  To sum it up a paid several hundred dollars on false hope, useless documents, and was taken advantage of by Appraisel Group of America.
