When I read this report, I was (and am) flummoxed. I had to re-read it three times just to understand whether he complain was with Auto Zone or Bradford Automotive.
My mother has used Bradford for years, and recommends them freely to others. I've been going there for two years myself. I've found his shop to be well run and his work to be excellent. He repaired a car I'd wrecked trying to avoid a deer, and produced excellent results for less than the estimated costs. That same car has a check engine light that keeps coming on, and he told me it was most likely a sensor on the transmission. He did not recommend I fix it, nor did he suggest anything at all with respect to emissions or a waiver. The car has run just fine, with the light on, for the two years I've had it. It's gone through inspection at his shop twice, and passed with only minor tweaking (light bulb one year, fuse the next).
My sister gets her car worked on there as well, and is just as satisfied with both the end results and the costs.
I do not hesitate to use Bradford Automotive, and I will continue to recommend them to others.
