CARFAX Frame damage not reported ripoff Internet

We bought a car at auction for resale specifically knowing it had frame damage and was disclosed on both the auction ticket and written on the windshield. Glass was coming out of the vents this thing had been smacked so hard and this was AFTER repairs were made. We pulled up a Carfax on it after disclosing the damage and it came up clean!
If you do use Carfax, be sure to register the vehicle you purchase immediately after the sale and Carfax will be stuck with it. What a scam.

CARFAX does not advertise to having all data available on all used cars. CARFAX mentions on their web site that:
"In addition to getting a CARFAX Report, before you buy a vehicle we recommend taking a test drive and having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic." source: http://www.carfax.com/about/car_history/hcabout.cfm
CARFAX does offer the Buyback Guarantee, which reduces the risk involved in buying a used car. If the CARFAX Report fails to include a DMV-issued branded title (such as salvage, fire or flood damage, and odometer problems), CARFAX may buy the vehicle back for the full purchase price.
Full details and conditions of the Buyback Guarantee are available at:

what is your point? you bought a car knowing what the defects are and now you are blaming carfax because the car wasn't registered with them. if you buy a wreck knowing it is a wreck, that's your problem( you decided to buy it knowing what was wrong with it). why is this carfax's problem?
