CarVINHistory.com appears as CARREPORT on my bill takes money even after you cancel Internet

When I entered a VIN, the site told me it had about 5 reports on the vehicle. So I paid the $2.95, only to be told that there was no information on this vehicle.  I immediately called the customer service line; the agent could not produce a report.  I told him to cancel the membership.  He told me that he had canceled both the charge for the report, and the charge for the membership. However, both charges appeared on my charge statement. When I called to protest, the agent told me she could only refund half the membership fee.  Even the customer service rep for Visa could not get more out of her.  Bottom line: this outfit takes your money and provides no service.  Do not deal with them!
