Daniel Spivey All Pro Used Car Inspections Left hanging on a total car loss appraisal and arbitration representation by Daniel Internet

I contacted Daniel Spivey after seeing his business website online for auto appraisals. I was in a bad accident in September and my car was declared a total loss but the fair market value settlement offer from the at fault driver's insurance company was lower than I had seen on the top car value sites. Mr. Spivey, said that he would inspect my vehicle and write up a full report and comprehensive valuation and he would then arbitrate on my behalf with the insurance company for 250.00. My husband and I met him received his "report" and paid him. He said not to contact the insurance company any further regarding the valuation as he would negotiate for us. He said he mailed and faxed the insurance adjuster his report and had spoken with her several times. The adjuster said she hadn't received anything from Mr. Spivey several days later. Repeatedly tried to reach him with no return call until we called from a work line and he picked up and proceeded to tell my husband that his wife was in the hospital and was probably going to have her leg amputated but he would contact the insurance adjuster that afternoon when we informed him that she stated she hadn't received any documentation from him. Finally the adjuster told us she received a fax from Mr. Spivey but was denying the appraisal amount submitted by him. I have left numerous messages for Mr. Spivey as he is supposed to arbitrate on our behalf if the appraisal is denied he never answered any calls it has been 2 months and he has not followed up with the insurance company or me.
