The scam artist is known as Mr. Daniel Spivey.  His company is on the internet and it should be banned.  The website is http://www.allprousedcarinspections.com.  The contact number for Mr. Spivey is (706)502-5100.

I paid Daniel Spivey to inspect a used vehicle I purchased at Kings Ford located at Murphy, NC.  Upon completion of his inspection, he was supposed to send me an Inspection Report with full details and Pictures of the vehicle I had purchased.  This was on January 22, 2011.  As of today, March 17, 2011 I have not received any report.

I paid Daniel Spivey $400.00 for this inspection and still have received nothing.  After numerous emails and phone calls to this person I have not yet received any inspection report / documents to my home address.

If you look up Daniel Spivey "Atlanta" he will pop up on Rip Off Reports.  This man has done this to so many consumers.  I wished I had looked him up by name first but first impressions of his business online and speaking with him I would not take him as a scam artist.
 
I do request your help in this matter as the consumers of Atlanta and nearby cities are being affected by this scam artist.  I am on Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps and request your joint help in this matter due to I am also requesting the assistance from the Military Legal Lawyers here at Camp Lejeune, NC.

As like everyone else that really works, I work hard for the little money I do have and it just saddens me that there are con artists using personal lies to gain trust of hard working citizens.  Lies to as what Mr. Spivey has used, for example, “I missed your phone call because my wife is sick or either getting her leg amputated.” So many other consumers have heard this through the months.
