April-08 took my car to Firestone,my complaint was of a noise in the brake area of the car.instead they did nothing to find the noise but did tell me i needed two tires. So I thinking they knew the problems, the noise came from bad tires,I brought the 2 tires. On Feb 09,took the car back with the same complaint, noise,i payed 20.00 for vehicle inspection, only to be told I needed poly rib belt, there again thinking they knew that the noise was coming from a deteriorating belt,I spent 150.00 this time, picked up the car on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th,there was another noise, even louder than my first complaint, I called Firestone, an I explained what was happening(noise so loud my neighbors opened there windows and offered Help) i was told they were closing and come in on Sunday 17th,well I did this time I had an employee ride out with me and the car-the employee told me,he had never heard such a noise, they put the car on the lift, they could not find the noise and to come back on monday, I did, this time they said it was a belt tensioner,$115.00 this time, to upset, I requested a more experienced employee, well this one said it was the tie rods.total cost 328.00,which i will not pay. This has been the noise I have been hearing for nearly a year in dealing with firestone-I could have been killed or hurt others if the tire rod had completely come apart-Firestone played with my life and took my money--Ripped off and in tears,
