Daimler Chrysler Corp. Well known and documented Transmission failures due to poor design on all their Mini-Vans since mid 90's Ripoff Auburn Hills Michigan

Class Action Suit should be filed against Chrysler Corp!Chrysler has continued to use poorly designed transmissions in all their Chrysler and Dodge Mini-Vans since the mid 90's

It is a well known and documented design flaw that has probably affected thousands of consumers over the years.
The lack of concern they have shown along with obvious negligence concerning the safety of its consumers driving these time bombs is outrageous. We purchased a used 1996 Dodge grand Caravan in 1998 with 28K miles. It now has 106K miles and is on it's FOURTH Transmission!! 4 Transmissions that only average about 26K miles! That's pathetic!

When I complained to Chrysler they could care less. Unless its under warranty it can costs consumers an average of $1800.00 to repair.

This is a very real and very serious problem that has never been addressed by Chrysler or any Government agency even though it should be considered a serious Safety concern. These transmissions go without any warning or signs stopping you dead in your tracks.
How do they get away with it!!
