Drive Finacial loser company over charging late fees lies of helping customers Dallas, Texas

i am placing a complaint against drive fincail because they will not work with mein regards to getting a payment plan .ever since i had the vechile which is under 2 years the vechile has been in the shop more than 7 times . there was no issue with it going shop before because i took it straight to jamaica buick were i purchased the vechile from . i had to pay $100.oo deductable they fix it free and i recieve a renta car i pay only $2 dollars a day for.

now jamacia buick is out of buisness and i pay to have this vechile repaired. in addition to paying a cab service to travel to and from work.

drive has been rude in their collectionprocess and not at all helpful to myself or there company in regards to getting this matter resolved. i am still working fulltime in fact i got a raise and they are to stupid to work with me to get this bill paided they have outrangous late fees ..

in factive been asked by management why would i keep a vechile that doesnt work. im a hard working person who is obviously qualifed for the loan and can pay the bill . however i didnt sign up for a lemon but thats what i got i put to much of my money in this truck. this vechiloe gave me trouble in the 4th month the lemon law was up. ii cant believe they dont want to work a paln out to get their money. i would love to be a part of a class act law suit.
