Electric Cart Warehouse should not be patronized, furthermore they should be reprimanded for unprofessional business practices which include: Poor Workmanship, No follow up or warranty service, Non-responsive (do not return phone calls or e-mails), Over promising and under delivering (fraud), Deceptive advertising, and an overall lack of professional integrity.
We purchased a six passenger "Star" electric vehicle. We went through all the necessary details to produce this car to our standards. The car was delivered and immediately was obvious that several issues needed to be addressed: First, it was intended to be a six passenger vehicle. That would mean that the vehicle should be powerful enough to transport six average size adults. This was not the case. The vehicle would barely move with six passengers and come to a complete halt going up a small driveway. Second, the tires rub on the rear foot rest. Third, The side handle bar fell off upon the first use. Fourth, It was painted the wrong color. Fifth, The tires were the wrong ones. they did not fit the vehicle. Sixth, Unsafe: We had a third party professional electric car company evaluate the cart from Electric Cart Warehouse. Their conclusions were that it was unsafe to drive for the following reasons: A) The vehicle was lifted to the point it is unsafe to drive. Risk of roll over is very high. The lifting of the vehicle also changed the suspension of the vehicle. B) The right hand hub is bad. Needs to be repaired. C)The steering is very loose. Needs to be repaired. D)The Vehicle does not have the power needed to haul six passengers, "On the test we did it will only go about 1mph on the flat when loaded with passengers.
All of these deficiencies have been brought to the Attention of Kat, Jolene and Dave. We have called numerous times, only to be told that someone will return our call, but that doesn't happen.
We are completely dissatisfied with this vehicle and have requested that they take it back and return our money.
