I have been the repeated victim of fraud. One of the issues was a vehicle purchased from FORD. Ford's attorneys have a judgement against me and refuse to relieve me of this responsibility.

I have given their attorneys, numerous evidences including police reports, criminal reports of the accused (my ex-wife), investigations by VERIZON, Capital One, Cross Country and other corporations that took time to evaluate everything I presented and release me from this debt. FORD however refuses to consider my evidence on any level (I even submitted a handwritten letter where she admits ruining my life). Actually I am not real sure that FORD even cares to look, but rather give their attorney's full reign over these issues.

I offered Smith and Debnam $2000 not as an admission of guilt but rather an attempt to free me from their judgment against me. They refused because they would have to also release my ex-wife from responsibility. So essentially I am guilty for nothing, but merely for politics and no one seems to care.

FORD and their affiliates said nothing about the evidence or the moral obligation.I am extremely disappointed in their lack of care for anything but the almighty dollar.

I would stay away from FORD because if they treat my situation like this, but I would like to give a special thank you to VISA, VERIZON, Bellsouth, and numerous others who took time to care for people rather than enforcing these fraudulant debts.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Judgment in place.

AUTHOR: Robert - Buffalo (U.S.A.)

Consult with a competent attorney!

There is a judgment in place, so they have absolutely NO REASON to forgive the debt. Further, they can pursue enforcement orders from the court that granted the judgment which may include any/all of the following:

1. Garnishment of wages.

2. Levy against bank accounts.

3. Ley against any State tax refunds.

4. Lien/levy against real property.

5. Lien/levy against any property of value; car, boat, RV, jewelry, etc.

You need to approach the court to have the judgment set aside or vacated. I strongly urge you to consult with an attorney to determine if this is viable for you.

Good luck.
