I had a truck financed with GMAC and it was at the dealer for weeks with a bad transmission. GMAC had agreed to a substitution of colateral, but the selling dealer refused. The truck was reposesed while I was making payments.
We went to court and the judge ruled that by reposesing the truck while I was making payments they forfited there right to any restitution. Almost a year had passed and I had bought another truck. When this one is paid of I have been advised to take them to arbitration.
The arbitrator is going to require GMAC to put me in another vehicle. Has this hapened to anyone else?

because the arbitrators (arbi-'traitors') are paid by the corporations who are being sued. Many of these arbitrators are very sneaky, and they will use every available option to make sure that the corporations prevail.
The following is a real example of how an arbitrator made a decision: An employee was fired for being insubordinate. The arbitrator looked up the word 'insubordinate', and one of the definitions was this- 'not submissive to authority.'
Guess what? If the authority figure is your boss, and he tells you to do something that is unethical or even illegal, and you disobey him, then you have been 'insubordinate'.
*If you are fired for being 'insubordinate', then the arbitrator can rule that the firing was justified, even though you were not willing to perform the unethical or illegal act! Much of the legal system in America is about protecting the ones who have the money that keeps the lawyers, judges, and arbitrators, in business. The legal system also allows much of the fraud and corruption to continue because much of the U.S. economy thrives on fraud and corruption.
WELCOME TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN AMERICA- ONE BIG LIE

This is cute but does not have alot to do with this situation. My question is should I spend the time and money trying to work with them or just buy some other product?

Thanks for the advice on arbitration. In the past two weeks I have recieved two letters from attorneys saying that the major credit bureaus want to be excluded from legal action about the line on my credit about this.
GMAC has reported that the truck was charged off, and now they have gone back and changed the orginal loan I had to paid late. That's funny, it was on time from 2004 to 2009 and now they say it was late seven years later?
