Mitsubishi Motors Black Eclipse Paint Problems Cypress California

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Esclipse Spyder and the paint started fading and turning white after just one year. They painted the hood under warranty and supplied a rental car. Less than a year later, the left front bumper and right rear fender had the same thing. I was over mileage for a rental car, but after calling Mitsu Customer Service, they did paint the affected areas and supplied a rental. Now it's been 4 years and both A-pillars, rear spoiler & decklid, both doors, and rear bumper are doing the same thing. After calling Mitsu and opening a "claim", they said no rental.

My complaint is that with the car being painted on 23 separate occasions, what are the chances that the paint is going to match perfectly. Had they painted the entire car when it first showed signs of a defect, I would not be suffering now. they should have fixed it right the first time.

This is the 4th Eclipse I have owned beginning with a 1996 Eclipse, a 97 Spyder, 2000 Spyder and this piece of shit 2003. I would have thought that such a dedicated Mitsubishi customer would receive better treatment.

once this car is repainted next month, it will be traded in on a new vehicle. Sadly, it will not be a Mitsubishi. Mechanically, all of my Miitsu's have been great. However, I pay the big bucks to Look good and since my car looks like shit, it'll have to go.
