Make sure to 'Google' the two words- ENGINE SLUDGE and read all of the complaints by innocent people whose lives are being destroyed by Toyota! You'll need four things before you read all the complaints: Lots of water, food, a comfortable chair, and a big box of Kleenex Tissues to wipe the tears away.
The one about the Grandmother who is stranded at home with her Grandaughter because they have no transportation due to the SLUDGE PROBLEM in their TOYOTA is the one that really got to me. I must admit, I began to cry.
It's time to SHOUT, SHOUT, LET IT ALL OUT! These are the things we can do without, come on, I'm talking to you, come on!! Shout, shout, let it ALL OUT! These are the things we can do without, come on America, I'm talking to you, come on!

Karl, thank you for your exposure of the Toyota engine oil SLUDGE problem. Millions of Toyota owners will be happy to learn the truth about this engine-destroying problem!
There are now 2300+ signatures on an online petition---all of which have been entered since Toyota's implementation of the "Customer Support Program for Engine Oil Gelation" (sounds so much nicer than SLUDGE, doesn't it????). I'll bet most readers here never heard of the CSP because the information about it has remained fairly well hidden on the internet. Toyota sludge isn't limited to the vehicles within the CSP either...these are just the ones that Toyota wanted to acknowledge.
Take one 2001 Tundra owner in Houston, Texas. He saved his money and bought this brand-new Toyota truck from Mike Calvert Toyota in Houston. He changed the oil every 3,000 miles, too! He drove his truck to work every day. He managed to make it to 43,000 miles! WOW! 43,000 miles!
Then, one day, he got into his truck which still looked brand new, and found that the engine wouldn't turn over. OH, NO!! It had locked up...that's right....at 43,000 miles!!
He took it to Mike Calvert Toyota where he was handed off to several different people there in the service department. He talked to Eddie, then Ray Henderson. Then, off he went to several others. The Toyota staff kept asking why his oil looked so clean. They were accusatory in tone when speaking to him.
They said they wanted to cut open the oil filter because the engine the engine oil wasn't going up properly. The engine oil filter was not totally filled with oil.
So, what did Toyota do for this loyal Toyota customer who had many family members who owned a Toyota? NOTHING! NOT ONE THING! Well, except to tell him that he would have to get a new engine in order to correct the problem!
The owner spoke to anyone he could at Toyota, but they would not help him. No, they would not take responsibility for a Toyota Tundra that had had its oil changed every 3,000 miles!!!
In the end, this hard-working Hispanic gentleman who so wanted to get at least 100,000 miles out of his Tundra had to pay $4,000 to get his low mileage, well-maintained truck repaired!!
This owner doesn't have a computer. BUT...he did manage to find my online petition called "Toyota Owners Unite for Resolution: Engine Oil Sludge." He added his name to the list....that's right....one of the thousands listed there. He doesn't know what else to do. NO ONE at Toyota will listen to him. NO ONE at Mike Calvert Toyota will help him get what he paid for. NO ONE at Toyota cares that his new-looking engine with just 43,000 miles locked up for NO REASON other than an inherent design flaw.
Is he alone? Of course not!

Charlene, I'm glad to see you are still MOVING FORWARD! Unfortunately, my computer will not allow me to access ripoffreport.com, but there are many computers here at the Library. I have alerted the Media about my inability to access ripoffreport.com and I might file an FBI Report too!
I was planning a big party to help the Hispanics who Toyota and Ford have been targeting for years, but since so many people in this country are racist, it could have actually backfired. So, I came up with a great idea! You have 2,300+ people who are suffering due to Toyota's cover-up of the SLUDGE PROBLEM. What if, hypothetically, we had a big SLUDGEFEST PARTY in front of one of the highest volume Toyota Dealerships in the USA to raise awareness to ALL of the problems?
We can secretlly orchestrate this event and a few hours prior to it commencing, I can alert the Media so they can cover it and put it on the National News! I know people in the Media, right here in Denver. One of them works at the National Level and is a Photographer with one of the Major Networks! He and his wife are great people, along with their son and dog. I recently did some work for them. The people in the Media are extremely nice. Some of the nicest and most caring people I've ever met! Good cooks, too!
Anyway, I have SO MUCH EVIDENCE against Toyota, proving that they have known about the unethical and illegal sales tactics that have been going on for years, that we could use it in the BIG DEMONSTRATION in some very creative ways that would get the attention of the entire country, and HELP MILLIONS! I'm sure that you saw the Demonstration in Louisiana regarding the Black High School Students? It got National Attention! The 'Baltimore Settlement' included Blacks & Hispanics. 'Baltimore' is actually the last name of the main Plaintiff!! We could make this rally unlike anyone could ever imagine! And it will all be based on TRUTH!! And we can prove it! With EVIDENCE!!! Hard EVIDENCE!!! We can show the people of this country that the average person is NOT AVERAGE. Average people do average things. ANYONE can do GREAT things!! We can do GREAT things and help MILLIONS and I know, along with the Harvard Business Professor, what will happen- NEGATIVE OPINIONS will form. And we know what NEGATIVE OPINIONS can do.
So, let's do it! SLUDGEFEST 2008! I also know what COULD happen to me. It happened to others who HELPED the people. Remember these men; Bobby Kennedy, John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and that other guy who lived long ago, Jesus Christ? They were all MURDERED!! WHY? BECAUSE THEY HELPED THE PEOPLE AND BECAUSE THEY ALL HAD A DREAM!!! Isn't that amazing! Now, over One Billion people CLAIM to follow in THEIR DREAM and in THEIR VISION!!
Hey, we're all going to die. I don't mind dying for believing in the TRUTH and for HELPING people.

P.S. Make sure to read Deepak Chopra's book- 'The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire- Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence' (page 118 will unlock how to predict, and change the future). And read his book- 'The Path to Love' (pages 111 & 112 are the answer for EVERYTHING!) That guy that was put on two big pieces of wood, and was murdered, knew all of this! And he had the power. The so-called 'leaders' back then didn't like what he was able to do. So , they crucified him!

Toyota's stock was at $68.54 at the close of the bell at 4PM EST on 10-7-2008!!!!!
It should keep going LOWER because- QUOTE: 'If sales are going down, so should the stock.' - Harvard Business Professor, to his class in late 2004.

Toyota's stock fell below $60 a share!!! It closed at $59.76 a share on Nov. 19th!!!
Only $9.77 more to go and it'll be BELOW $50 a share!!

Why would anyone want to buy a car made by a bunch of hillbillies anyway? That NASA cant even fix. Stay away from this fraud of a company and you will have alot less troubles. I am confused about one thing though. Even if the toy company gives you a new engine, what are you gonna do when that one sludges up? I guess theoretically it could be rammed into a tree, and blame the accelerator...But i am not at all condoning anything illegal here. I knew one person that set fire to theirs and blamed it on vandalism. Just reporting here... TaTa 4 now.

Jim Press, Toyota's former CEO, announced he was quitting Toyota on September 6th, 2007, which was exactly two weeks after "SLUDGE POEM" was written and posted about him and Toyota Corporation.

In 2006, Toyota's stock traded as high as $138 a share. On October 7, 2011, Toyota's stock closed at $66.13 a share. That's a loss of over 50% in five years.
$138 x 50% = $69
$66.13 is less than $69.00, right?
Anyone can go to the CNNMoney website and type in- TM, and see that Toyota's stock closed at $66.13 a share on Friday October 7, 2011. You can also view the 5-year chart to see that Toyota's stock value has plunged since 2006.
