This report listed on
Ripoff.com
regarding Aquajet, Vector Motors and Mr. Wiegert titled “Investors
Beware” is intentionally untrue! This false report is from a very suspicious individual. He is probably a disgruntled envious individual
who believes he is owed something for doing nothing with his life and is
making up stories with the personal intent to try to damage Vector,
Aquajet or Mr. Wiegert, and or his numerous loyal shareholders and the
Companies he has founded. Gerald Wiegert has been and will be a
performer, period! If Wiegert hadn’t produced anything since the mid to
late 90’s how did Mr. Wiegert invent, create, and manufacture the
Jetbike and win the NMMA Marine & Boating “Product of the Year
Innovations Award?” and “Design News Award” for the Jetbike that he
invented and that he and his team put into production? Wiegert’s
credentials are extraordinary. Seven plus years of college, five on GM
full tuition scholarship and graduated from two of the very best
creative design institutions in the world.
I know for a fact that THIS BEWARE RIPOFF WARNING LISTING IS A FRAUD
and that this complainer is not an investor. He does not exist because
Aquajet does not have any Beverly Hills investors at all. Vector Motors
has only has one investor and that is Mr. Wiegert himself. In Aquajet
Corporation’s Capitalization tables there are no Beverly Hills investors
listed. There have also been no lawsuits filed by investors on either
company and there are none pending or threatened..
I met Mr. Wiegert when I purchased a Jetbike directly from the
innovative Aquajet water sports company that Wiegert founded. I also
have owned two Vectors and I have never owned a more impressive high
performance automobile ever and I have owned dozens of exotic cars,
including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, custom Mercedes tuner cars, many American muscle cars and the like. Nothing compared to the positive
experience that I had with the Vector W8, the world’s first real
supercar and Wiegert’s original Vector Supercar design for sale to real
automotive collectors. Five of these incredible cars went to museums and
the rest to the very wealthy.
I have known Jerry Wiegert for 10 years and there are few if any
individuals with more integrity and ethics that work as hard as he does at what he loves to do -- to build creative products, to develop them
and put them into production and to put the right deal structures
together for his investors. Jerry grew up in the Midwest and his word is
his bond. He is very careful about how investment is placed in his
companies so all investors can ultimately profit from their investment
in his conceptualized and founded companies. Thousands of shareholders
benefited from the original VECTOR Company he took public on the NASDQ.
He has learned from past experience, that there are a lot of dangerous
and risky financing deals for young companies perpetuated by middlemen
con-artists and others that pray on individuals like Wiegert and others
with great ideas. Jerry is looking for the right qualified investors to
partner with him to move forward with his extraordinary mass appeal
vehicles so that his supportive investors “do not get ripped off” or get
unfairly diluted by unreasonable new investors.
Jerry works night and day, seven days a week and had it not been for
this economic mess the whole US is currently experiencing, he would have
been producing a new Vector Hypercar and manufacturing tens of 1000’s
of Aquajet Jet bike watercraft. If financing were available for early
stage non-revenue producing companies both Vector and Aquajets Jetbike
would be highly successful. He took an unfinished Vector prototype car
to the 2008 LA auto show and it stunned the enthusiast crowd. I
witnessed this first hand. The design is now finished from a designer
visual perspective and the new Vector Hyper which is awesome could be
running in 4 or 5 months. A person intent on “not delivering anything”
would not be finishing a “world class” automobile on his own dime to the
detriment of himself and his family in this economy. He would be
spending no money and sitting on the sidelines like most everyone else,
but he is a driven man!
Jerry is the kind of guy I would invest my money with in this
economy. He is an individual who has proven himself and is poised to
jump out of the in-zone and get to the goal line as soon as things
loosen up and take over the watercraft market and/or Supercar market!
