Another trick by volkswagen. When you call VW customer relations they tell you to call the dealer. If you want to file with the BBB or any other agency they can't settle with the dealers. They can only settle with the manufacturer. You have up to 18,000 miles under the lemon law in NJ and 24,000 miles under the BBB Auto line. It's all in the manual. The trick is to refer you to the dealer. The dealer will not acknowledge the problem and will just refer you back to customer relations. All of the sudden you turn into a ping pong ball. They only care about there next new vehicle sale.
