Upon my arrival at work, I telephoned the company and spoke with Edmond again. He then remembered me and had a major attitude about the fact that I left the car there without an appointment. he told me he would not be able to get to my car today because I did not schedule an appointment. I explained to him that my brakes are loose and making a rattling noise since his company fixed it. The description of service on my receipt is as follows: front brake service; semi-metalic pads; service caliphers (2); recondition rotors.
