Charlie Reeves poses as, but is Not the owner. One of the mechanics (a hispanic man) is actually the owner - his name is on bills and paperwork.

I contacted them from yellow pages. They have many phone numbers listed to throw people off. They are actually Charlie's cell phones. He uses caller ID to avoid customers whose car he has on their property.

Charlie Reeves said he was christian. Said he would give loaner car - no loaner car once he got my car in shop. They kept my car for a week, ried to charge me $368 just to change my injector. Tried to charge me $150 more after taking my car apart. Would not put car back and blocked my car in.

As I was almost about to be a sucker and pay them, another customer came on the property cursing and complaining - he was angry. Said they were a rip off. They had his car 3 months, sold parts off of it.

My car was running when it got there but it has not ran since it left their shop. The Rowlett Police didn't seem to care about my situation but they helped the other complainant get his vehicle that day.
