Auto Loan Finders Inc A life savor for me.Down to one car and trying to get to work and spending almost 100.00 a week for gas was crzy.The customer service dept needs some work and especially putting gas back in cust cars The main thing that I didnt like was when I call and customer service was awful and the "mechanics" are funny to.But they helped me get out of a gam so Jonesboro, Georgia

My buisness was important when i walked into the door than when the deal was done I had no follow up call to see how the car was.That would of been nice and the mechanics are terrible.I dont think that it's fair for you to give a terrible rental if a customers car goes down.Yea you carry a hard bargin but it would be nice to have more customer suport and care.

We sincerely apologize for not following up with you, we normally do so to ensure our customers are satisfied.

We are sorry that you didn’t like the mechanics work, they are not staff of Auto Loan Finders, Inc. as we outsource our mechanical work to local repair shops. We spend a lot of time working and communicating with our shops to ensure that issues are taken care of in a satisfactory manner and we generally have few to no issues. We do hope that your mechanical issues were taken care of under our extended service contract so you would not have to pay any additional expenses and that the work was taken care of in a timely manner.

We are also sorry that you may feel that it is not “fair” for our company to provide you with a loaner to ensure you have basic transportation to continue your normal daily activities. Unfortunately it is all we have to provide you with and unfortunately we cannot provide a loaner that is up to par with everyone’s preferences.

Did you really thing you would get a follow up call? You better be lucky they have not stolen 'their" car back. Their mechanics are not out sourced. They are all family members of someone there. I brought my car back to replace lights in less than 24hrs, they had to take the car somewhere else, b/c the mechanic (high on somehting other than life) could not do it. I was in the services department when a lady called reference to her care being repaired. The service associate (lady) told her basically that her car would not get fixed without her paying $1400.00 and that her motor went out due to not having any oil. The lady had just purchased the vehicle. Well let me tell you, I had to bring the vehicle I purchased to the shopped after purchasing it to only find it had no oil in it as well. Had them check the emission, the last known emission test was well over a year. These vehicle are not checked out prior to purchasing and everyone knows it. From the sec to the owner. Hal Ross. They are a complete rip off and I cant wait to see them in court for all the hell they ave put me through...... WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!!!!!!!
