It's ridiculous that I have to write a critique of a company. This is my first time posting about receiving bad service on the internet. In July 2009 I brought in my 2005 Chyrsler Town and Country to have some electrical work done. The service dept. diagnosed a bad Body Control Module (BCM) which cost $500 to repair. This took 5 days to have ordered and repaired. I received the car on a Friday with all the electrical gremlins gone. The car started acting up again on the next Monday. I couldn't bring it in for another month because of our busy schedule. When I did I was out again 3 days. I had to rent another car for those 3 days. The service writer George stated that there was nothing wrong with the car. I said keep it until tomorrow and you will see it come back. The next morning the mechanic took it out for a test drive and the issues came back. The mechanic found that there was an issue with the ground wire. I received the car again on a Friday. All was ok with the car. Sunday I am driving around Miami and here we go again the dashboard lights start to flicker and the car cuts out while driving and comes back on. At times the car will lunge forward at stop lights when it comes back to life. Monday I speak with George who tells my wife to bring the car by to have them look at it. She tells him why?  He says that they need to look at the BCM since it is probably bad. She tells him to just order the part if you know its bad. Anita in a previous meeting said that back in July they received some faulty BCMs. This all starts to make sense now. He says ok we will order a new bcm but you have to leave the car here. No way. I only have one car and we need the van. He tells us that he is checking with the service manager, anita, to see what can be done. George repeatedly promises to call back but never does. I have to hound him constantly. I leave vmails to Anita, George and now Paula is trying to work on it. Who do I need to call Jay Rivchin? Why would anyone buy a chrysler now with this type of service. I have told this story to all my friends and will continue to.
