These unqualified, unprofessional and unethical con-artist Mexican day laborers need to be fired! Every last one of them! I have been a long time customer of Franz, until today! NEVER AGAIN will I bring my car to this place! The workers are rude and verbally abusive towards women! Three of them ganged up on me in the back of the shop and pressured me into paying for additional repairs after they DAMAGED my VEHICLE! They left me to drive an unsafe vehicle! I came in for a simple Service B! Jonathan and I drove my car before it was serviced and there was no noise at all coming from my engine!!!!

After they conducted the ‘Service B’ there was a scream, like something out of the EXORCIST coming from my car and they looked at me like it was normal!! They proceed to spray WD-40 all over the belts in my engine!! When I asked them why my car sounded the way it did after they serviced it, they had no explanation. They told me that I needed to pay for the additional services, which they quoted me another $1,000+ in repairs! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP!! DO NOT SEND YOUR WIFE/GIRLFRIEND/SISTER/MOTHER or ANY FEMALE ****ALONE**** to this SHOP! I also recommend recording (on an iPhone or Digital Camera) your car and take plenty of pictures before they begin repairs!!! Male customers should stand there and watch them in the back shop, not wait in the office!!! Take it to the dealership to verify the work or get a second opinion, you’ll quickly discover how horrible this shop really is!!!
