Jack Dempsey who is owner of Alternative Transmissions refuses to contact me about his theft. I suppose I must file criminal charges or sue his company. This is a disgrace! What kind of person takes so much money and then refuses to finish the job? Jack Dempsey please respond to this complaint and explain your illegal and immoral activity!! Alternative Transmissions is in Winter Garden behind the NAPA parts store. NAPA has a relationship with Alternative Transmissions apparently as they share the same property.

They took nearly $1,800 of my money and refuse finish the job.
