Jeep Service Center AKA Carburetor of Texas, Owner Ray Bell replaced the power window motor on the driver's side of my jeep. Most of the time, the window drags going up or down. He did not even put the door back together after he replaced the motor. He also replaced the brakes. They squealed from the day we got it back. When asked about it he told me to just drive it and apply the brakes while going down the highway and eventually the noise would quit. That was six months ago and they are worse.
He has NEVER offered to make these items right nor refund my money. He also has insisted to be paid in cash for some work. I wonder if he reports his cash to the I.R.S.!!?? The reason he gave for insisting on cash is too many others have stopped payment on checks, credit cards and cashier checks. I did not know you could stop payment on cashier checks. Seems to me if he knows all of that he has had a lot of dissatisfied customers just as I am!!
