Meineke Damaged my car and did not do what I paid them to do Lawrenceville Georgia

I paid to have my fluids checked and then within a month my car has problems. My transmission fluid and coolant are both dangerously low. They told me that I must have a leak because they checked them. There is no leak. They just didn't do their job because I used a coupon. The guy I have working on my car used to work for him and he hates how they handle people. Not only were my fluids low, but he used pliers to pull off a spark plug cap and now it's mis-firing because they put a hole in the cap. I now have to pay to get that fixed. I don't know what kind of service everyone else is getting but I would not recommend them to anyone. They damaged my car and didn't even offer to make good on it.
