I brought my car in for a brake job knowing I needed new rotors. I had bad pulsation front & back. They told me they replaced all 4 rotors plus new brake pads. I paid about $800. A month later after the brake pads worn in the pulsation was back and I knew those bastards screwed me. I brought it back and asked them to test drive and check things. After they inspected it they said they will replace the rotors "under warranty". I didn't call them out for robbing me I just wanted what I paid for. This time i inspected the work before they took it off the lift. I plan to contact the head of Midas franchise operations. I have already filed a report with the better business bureau and place a review on Google.

pulsation.

AUTHOR: jerry - (United States of America)

Before you go yelling ripoff maybe you should know what your talking about . Do you even know what causes warped rotors?well here are som examples bad driving habits ,going through water with hot brakes and over torquing the wheels. So are you assuming they didnt replace the rotors or do you actually have proof.

Before you scream foul

AUTHOR: Kevin - Jacksonville (USA)

So you had 4 rotors replaced along with brake pads front & rear. You left the shop and the car in question was fine for a month.......The car then developed a pulsation probably due to a faulty caliper, but you dont want to hear that......All you have to do is take the car back, have the rotors machined and your done..........your problem solved.......you didnt get ripped off..
