Pep Boys Oil change and failed to put on cap Pensacola, Florida

My wife took her new 2010 Camry into the Pep Boys on Davis Highway in Pensacola, FL for a routine oil change. Service was promised to be completed in half an hour. More than two hours later it was done ... well, almost done. She left the shop and went about four miles home and noted that it was a little noiser than usual. We discovered the oil cap had not been replaced and the engine was covered in oil ... and a portion of the sound blanket soaked with oil. She called to complain and they did, good for them, send a tow truck to retrieve the car. They "cleaned" the car and she had to pick it up after hours. Well, the engine is not clean, the hood sound blanket is still soaked with oil and there is oil still dripping from the frame because of their poor cleaning. How hard is it to do the job right??!! Forgetting an oil cap is not reasonable. AVOID PEP BOYS! They cannot be trusted!
