The owner kept my car for approximately 2 months for repairs to my engine.

Instead $17,000 in damages were done by his employee. The owner accepts no responsibility for the damages because I removed the vehicle due to a benz dealership.

This is what happens when you deal with FRANCHISES

Brian, its a fact of life that whenever your dealing with a FRANCHISE, no matter what the business, that your always gonna get the run around when you have a problem. My suggestion is to tell everybody you know, file reports here and with the bbb and do everything possible to tarnish the owners reputation.
