I will try to keep emotions out of this report. Just the Fact!!! The facts are in february, I took my car to Sun Devil Auto. They charged me $1500, to get the engine heads fixed. 106 days later my car broke down, again same problem. I was 16 days over warranty. They said they would warranty the pairs and be "nice guys" and just charge me just for the labor which was another $522. I payed this amount on june 30, Andy the store manager told me to step outside and they'd drive my car around to me. I waited in 112 weather for my car, after 15 minutes. I decided to walk around the back. They had jumper cables hooked up to my car. My car did not start.

Andy told me he'd call me because he had no idea why my car would not start. So I left their store with no money and no car. The next day he said it was the ignintion key, and said they'd fix it for free. and rightfully so, that was not the problem that said my car had.

On Thursday, July 3rd, Andy called me and said I could pick up my car. I did and drove home. It cut off. 20 minutes it restarted. On July 4th, at 10:30am I drove to the corner, and my car shut off and never restarted. I had to wait until Saturday, to talk to anybody, and I had to walk home. I called them and the towed my car to their shop. They then told me I needed to pay $389, because I needed a new battery and altinator. I said I didn't have any more money. I was told to call back and speak to Andy on Monday morning.

I called he was upset and told me "look I'll give you your $522 dollars back, and you need to take your car and have it fixed some where else, but I need your credit card number so I can credit it back." So I called him back with my number, even though I had paid cash for the repairs, and he said "I have changed my mind I am not giving you a dime back!" So I asked for the number to his corporate office. I was told I needed to speak to Ben Williams. This man is a rude racist!!! He told me that he was the "MAN", and his word was the law, and the I was broke and didn't have any money, because if I did, I wouldn't be crying over a measly $500 dollars.

He also told me he was a rich black man from Texas, and that he runs everything at Sun Devil Auto, and there is nobody elese I can talk to except the dial tone and hung ,up on me. I was crying, at work, no money, no car, and very upset. If you are reading this and can give me some advice rebutt here. Please!!!!!
