They put a part on my car that was not effective.

Offered me full refund, but then refused to return all my money. Offered me half the money, as they said it had been over 6 weeks.

In reality, had been less than three weeks.

I paid $150 for a part I cannot use, and have no use for.

Definitely a ripoff business to an elderly woman!

Maybe you could elaborate? What part was it? What kind of service was done? If there is a dispute about the day of purchase it should be on your recipt.
