Camaro World, Tracy Fields Ripoff, dishonest, avoids customers who paid upfront and are owed parts Garland Texas

I paid for approx: $2,000 in parts in October of 2007. Tracy claimed that if I paid upfront for the parts that he would deliver them to me within a few weeks. I waited and called after 2 weeks and they had not come in yet. Tracy is very difficult to get on the phone. He will not return calls and seems to only be in the shop 2-3 hours out of the week. His employees have no idea about deals, promises or any customer information pertaining to Tracy.

After 2 months of trying to contact Tracy, I finally got him on the phone and I was told he had my parts and he would send them out. After 4 times of this claim and not showing up, very frustrating to wait when no one is coming, he finally delivered half of my parts in late december 2007. The driver, of course has no idea about what was ordered or why it is incomplete. 2 more weeks of trying to contact Tracy before finally talking to him again (calling daily). He said the parts were on backorder. I get another couple of promised shipments wasting my time waiting for and the receive a couple more parts in January.

It is now February and I still have 1 part on order. I have tried for a month to contact him on the phone, but he is never there and the employees do not know anything about it. I went to his shop to try and get the part myself and the parts were not there and Tracy never came in that day. This is a $400 part and he is avoiding me to keep from giving me what I paid for. He is a dishonest person and I would strongly recommend not doing bussiness with him.
