This company needs to be investigated by the California State Attorney´s office, for deceptive practices, fraud and for lying to consumers. They are very unprofessional, by hanging up the phone, not returning phone calls and making false statements.

They claim merchandise was not returned, even when presented with UPS tracking information and the name and date the person signed for the receipt of the merchandise.

They are altering factory electronic components and claiming results which are not true. Components failed to perform and they are not willing to fix them, or even return the component to the owner.
