Global Automotive Ordered fuel pump from them, took a day off work to install, found the darn thing was junk. Internet

Bought a brand new fuel pump from Global Automotive of Miami with a lifetime warrentee.  Took a day off work to install it in my van.  Darn thing wouldn't pump!  I checked and had voltage to it.  Took the whole thing out and bench tested it.  Pump was junk!  Lifetime warrentee?  They said I wasn't ASE certified so no warrentee.  Hey, it was junk, no good, didn't work...don't need an ASE mechanic for that!  Then they called my wife who had placed the order and was so extremely rude she had to hang up.  I e-mailed them three times with no response at all!  Hey, if you ain't honoring your warrentee then you're a peice of work, but you yell at a guy's wife, then you're a peice of sh@#!  Don't order from these guys, ever!
