Global Automotive WARRANTY - RIP - OFF Miami, Florida

This company sold me a fuel pump on 12/13/10 - it left my son stranded on the road after two weeks - I contacted them about it and got no response to 1st two emails - they finally contacted me saying I had to fill out a warranty claim form and go to repair shop that installed it and get a copy of repair order - then send it all to them along with the pump - I did this and heard nothing from them until weeks later I again had to email them several times - by this time I PURCHASED a second pump to get my son back on the road -- they sent me an email finally on 2/22/11 saying they had sent me the replacement pump - as of 4/5/11 still no pump, no refund, and no contact from them -- they sell inferior products with the PROMISE of a warranty that they really have no intention of honoring - AVOID THEM at  all costs.
