I wanted a hidden hitch that will hide nicely under the bed of my Toyota Tundra 2001 so then I can put on a nice chrome hitch step . The hitch that I had in mind was from DrawTite Class III 2" with the description as follow:

After hours of searching I found one on www.Hitches-Online.com with the picture and descriptions that I was looking for. A week later, I received a hitch (DrawTite) that look nothing like the picture that they had on the website. The Black Enamel Powder Coat Finish for all weather is all chipped off. It's not the hidden type that I ordered. It looked like a used one. www.Hitches-Online didn't even bother the wrap ip. They just taped the parts needed to the hitch. In my opinion, I think this is fraud. Everyone, please call and check your order if you really have to order from this company.

Hello everyone,
I took the hitch to an auto shop to ask for a professional opinion, and the mechanic told me the hitch that www.Hitches-Online.com sold me is a USED one. Everyone, please be extra careful when you really have to buy from this company.

I am the owner of www.hitchesonline.com and feel a clarification is in order. We sell only New products . Also we protect these hitches and place them in padded boxes or wrap hitches that are too large to box. We have an exceptional reputation as installers in our shop and and as an internet retailer.
This customer bought from hitches-online.com. That is NOT our company. We are www.hitchesonline.com. That company was in business for a short while using a name that was similar to ours, I assume to try and draw our customer base.
I know this report is dated but I just came across it and wanted to rectify it .
