Ordered a pair of seats for $449. Card was charged within days. Took FOUR MONTHS to receive the seats! Product page says clearly "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return them for a full refund minus the shipping costs". They refuse to take them back. They suggested I sell them on Ebay or Craig's List instead. Numerous calls from me and numerous promises from the guy at Hyperformance that a manager would call us back. Never got a call back. Ended up filing a BBB report to try and resolve the issue. I'll see what happens. Stay far far away from this outfit. They are crooked.
