KIKKER 5150 SENT PARTS THAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ripoff BRENTWOOD California

Les McGee complained of fuel overflowing the carb. He was instructed to look at three areas to solve the problem.

On the second call Les McGee said that his carb was just "defective", however he could not elaborate. It was clear that he had not followed the instructions given him which would have solved the problem, and that he may not have the understanding of the carburetor system. He was directed to find someone who knew how to set the float in a carb if he could not do it. He stated that he should not have to have a mechanic fix a defective carb.

This might sound reasonable, however this product is a KIT which must be built by someone with the appropriate skills. This includes the correct set-up and adjustment of the carb. The carb was never defective, obviously, otherwise his mechanic could not have "fixed" (ie adjusted) it.

95% of our bikes are sold though motorcycle shops who usually build the bikes for the customer. Some bikes are purchased from mail order dealers, which is what Les McGee did. If you do not have the appropriate skills to build a bike, please DO NOT PURCHASE A KIT!

The customer also requested an MSO at that time, however he was informed that we could not provide one from us to him because he did not purchase the bike directly from us.

Well the rebutal I have just read from kikker 5150 is not true. I did exactly what kelly the owner said to do and it did not work.So I had to pay more money to have a mechanic to fix it.So now that problem is solved I would like to receive my mso that I paid for.Well the owner of company said that he was not sending me my mso because he said I was an @@$hole and that is a ripoff.
