This guy/place is a total scam.  He'll quote you a price and promise to do a good job, then do the absolute WORST job possible.  When you request that it be corrected and done properly, he says that he can't do it unless you pay more money.  Total RIPOFF.  There are other reports on this guy David Kanai Sarsh and the BS operation he runs.  His business True Black Inc. is in unsatisfactory standing with the Hawaii DCCA.  Too bad I didnt see that and the other complaints filed on him for the same thing he pulled on me prior to going there.  Stay away, put this guy out of business.
