I ordered an instrument cluster for a chevy van. Marshall's said they had exactly the panel I needed. I paid with my charge card and was told I'd receive the part in a few days since I also live in Ohio. Over a week later I contacted Marshall's. After going through 2 salesmen and waiting about 20 minutes, I was told the part had not been shipped out. I told the salesman that they had "put me on the spot" since I was waiting to complete the repair. He told me "not to get my panties in a knot". I immediately canceled the order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARSHALL"S AUTO PARTS. THEY ARE INSULTING TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
