Mid Alantic Motors company has failed to honor our warrenty Frederick Maryland

The manufacturer or rebuilder - Mid Atlantic has failed to honor its obligation to cover my engine warranty. Although, I have had no problems with this engine I have found out through Reed Brothers Dodge that Mid Atlantic had gone out of business. Now I find out they are operating under a different name.

Engine is a 3.5 liter V6. Warranty was to be for 3 years and/or 120,000 miles. I was orginally going to buy a Jasper but Mid Alantic came recomened to meI forked over over 4,500 to buy and have this engine installed what if it were to go who do i turn to then Mr Daly
