I purchased a set of Monroe Schocks in response to the rebate offered in Ramona Tire in Rancho Mirage. I mailed it in, waited forever for the check to come and when I got it, Oct 31, deposited it at the ATM at my bank. Today the check came back unpaid with a $12 bank charge. I want to take Monroe to court to collect on both.
