Orangemika Brian Chu, eBay User orangemika Returned HiD's, no communication after he received them Internet

I had purchased a set of HiD bulbs from the user: orangemika, on eBay back in October 2011. The lights were installed and worked correctly for about a month. The lights then went defective, so under his warranty of 60 days I contacted him and he said return the lights for a full refund.
So I shipped the headlights back and my tracking number and insurance showed that he had received them in 3 days. I emailed him and asked what was going on as far as my refund, and heard nothing back. I then emailed him a total of 9 other times within the next two weeks and still heard nothing.
I know he was still on eBay because he was ansering other comments left on his feedback.
It has been over 2 months now with no contact, no refund, and eBay is basically washing their hands of the matter.
I have notified the police, BBB and Ic3 about this matter. I have his phone number, which could be faulty but eBay will not verify it, I have his personal email and his eBay email address. I have been emailing him once a day for the past two months trying to get my refund. Still nothing. If you have a similar situation like this please feel free to email me. I have a lawsuit that will be going through here shortly and the more people with issues against this guy the better!

I too have been ripped off by this ebayer. Please avoid. Branden I would like to join your law suit.
I bought an hid kit from him that went bad in 1 week. At first he was very receptive but than it would take 5 emails before a response.
I sent him the bad part as my complaint to paypal instructed me to and 1 month later and several emails and nothing. Guy is very unprofessional and is ripping people off.
Of course I did not research him until after I bought from him otherwise had I found this site I would never had given him my $.

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. I purchased an item, it went, now he won't even respond to my e-mails. It was supposed to have a 2 yr warranty according to the auction. Shows how much someone can lie on eBay and get away with it.
