Pepboys ripoff deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us the business that doesn't give a dam chino California

I don't even know where to began.First they could really care less if i made it to work or not because of them i missed several days from work because they have young punks working behind the counters who don't know nothing about cars parts and just rely on the computers to give us correct cars parts.

I spent way over $400.00, on parts and had a friend put parts in my car but come to find out every single part they gave me was incorect. But of course you don't relize it till your car is torn apart and you have to find a way there to return parts one by one.

They didn't even get me the right gasget which only cost 99 cents.Then pepboys closes so damn early i had to take a full day off work just to replace a gasget.I have had to pay labor on a master brake cylinder 3 times and today i realized i have to go back again because of the same problem.I am a girl and at first I thought that was why they tried to rip me off but now I feel they really don't have a clue about cars and i think they should have to take some type of a class before working behind the counter.After all of this i should go work there and show them a few things.
