Guess what? Poochie is a dog place and they sell testers (per conversation with Susan Lopez). My husband has a car repair business and wanted info only, but Julie said she would send the short circuit tester for him to try with a 60 day money back guarantee. It came COD by Fed-Ex, so he paid. She said they would not cash the check for 60 days. They cashed it 8 days later. I contacted her by phone a number of times and her reply was the same- she would send a pick-up ticket for Fed-Ex and my money would be coming in the mail.

I kept calling and then started to get her excuses(lies)."They had been broken into." "There was a death in the family" " Her husband had open heart surgery" How can you keep all the lies straight? I kept hounding them by phone and one day Susan Lopez answered and promised me Julie would call the next day at 11:00am. No call.

In the meantime, I had also filed a compalint with the Better Business Bureau of South Florida. The complaint was delivered, but they got no response.

I called Julie 4-3-08 and got into quite an arguement on the phone and then she hung up on me. She told me that the owner was Antonio Jaques and he would have to give me my money back, but he lives in Argentina and only comes there once a month.

I just want my money back from the tester and she can do whatever she wants with the tester. I'm mad!
