RPM OUTLET.COM No Service From George Spoke to George cancelled the shipment of a 690 dollar drive shaft, couldn't get here on time Ripoff Stafford Texas

Well I should have searched for reputable dealers before ordering. I was working on a 07 Mustang project, needed an aluminum drive shaft, they confirmed they could get it here over night, paid the extra, they charged my card, and then the next day I get an email that says it will be two weeks before the item will be sent. Mind you they have my money and the overnight express fee. I call them, spend hours trying to get a hold of someone. continually busy, emailed, posted customer service tickets. Finally I get a hold of "George" told him because of the protracted delivery date, I secured a shaft from another company and need to cancel this order. George said no problem, took down my information and cancelled the order.

Days go by, all my other items get here, I complete the project, keep checking for my refund, and then must have been a week and a half, the drive shaft shows up. Again hours of trying to get a hold of someone. finally no busy signal, I get George again .. surprise .. he says no problem go on line fill out the return request form, mark the package with the RGA number, attach the signed document and just mail it back and we will refund your money. Its been a month now. George is no where to be found, he has my 690 dollars, and I am out the cost of shipping back his mistake and out the 90 dollars for express to get it here...I have filled with the BBB and my card company but they say there is not much that they can do. BEWARE OF GEORGE ! No slander no negative implications are intended to be made this just a story of my experience making an online purchase and getting shafted!
